I went to Bruno Automotive because my car failed AirCare and they had one of the highest success rates for fixing the problems according to the list supplied by the ICBC site. Bruno got me in the next morning, fixed it quickly and when I picked it up he had even taken it through AirCare for me (free of charge) and it passed. Now that's service!
