STAY AWAY From Browns Cleaners In Stittsville!!

STAY AWAY from Browns Cleaners. My wifes wedding dress came back with stains that were not there when we dropped off the dress...after much debate and being called a liar by Svetlana (the owner) head office finally stepped in and admitted the dress was stained during transportation. This should not be a big deal...just apologize, fix the mistake and compensate us accordingly. But we never received an apology, they did't remove the stain and the only discount offered was 10% off. So we paid $300 to have a wedding dress stained and be called liars. Unbelievable. I strongly advise everyone stay way from Browns Cleaners in Stittsville...they have been a complete joke from start to finish.
