I hate writing bad reviews. However, they ruined two silk blouses of mine and took zero responsibility, instead, the lady "Natalia", said it was already damaged.

If you use this place, don't bring SILK items.

Browns cleaners offers some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If there is a stain on a piece of clothing that was not there before just do your best to remove it...but don't argue with me that the stain was already there. I would never trust this company with another piece of my clothing let alone would I pay them to ruin it again
