Extremely Poor Customer Service
I took my Toro Trimmer to Brothers as they were a Toro Dealer. I decided to leave it there over the winter as I did not need it, but when I called to say I was coming to pick it up, they said they had already tossed it in the trash - they did not even think to call me.
On the call, they made it sound like it was all my fault and will not replace it.
You have been warned.

Wonderful experience with this small company who helped me out with a warranty issue on my Ryobi trimmer. Would recommend them!

I hace dealt with this commpany for several years and they have always given us good service. Fair prices and the've even found me parts others said obsolete.
