Been a long time customer of this store (since late 1980's). Under the original owners I'd have given it 5 stars. Now I'm on the fence between 2 or 3 stars.

Quality and friendliness of the service is now only so so. Before it was excellent.
Also finding more often favorites I used to buy are out-of-stock more so than in the past.

I'll still consider to go back when looking for specialty items... more
