Do not go to this place

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
I went in Feb 2011, with a groupon deal. I received one syringe at half off and paid full price for the second syringe of derma fill. I also received 32 units of Botox. I have had derma fill three other times from different clinics.
Lisa the RN who did the injections had some fill left after she did the areas that we had decided upon. She knew that I wanted if any fill left in my frown lines on either side of my face. She injected the syringe into the frown lines and threaded the fill on either side of my face. The next day all other injection sights were great! BUT the last two injections she did, the frown lines. WHY is this? Because after I saw this and thought it was strange that the last two injections became infected I remembered that we had not planned to do these frown lines and that she DID NOT clean/wipe/disinfect the injection sight. I live out of town. After I called them they said if I went to a Dr to please go to one that was familiar with the type of fill and the injections. I did.
The Dr is right now treating me for a horrible infection. He says it could be a Staff infection. I have two large lumps at the injection site that was infected from not cleaning the injection sight and once the infection is gone I am seeing him to get an injection from him to dissolve the derma fill in those two sights for it is the only way to get rid of the two large lumps. I called this clinic up and asked if I could have some of the 990.00 dollars back after I told them all that was happening to me, and knowing I had to pay another DR to fix their error. Their response was “You should come back here to our clinic for us to fix it.” Seriously go back there to have them fix it when they caused all this! OH and I will not be getting any money back!
Do yourself a favor. Go to a place that has a trained DR who does the injections. A place where the personal doing the injections is professional enough to clean the injection site! This place is not any cheaper and it is just a nurse who does the injections.
