Late & Poor Communication

We have called this company before and had good service but they are not on time. They never come when they say they will so one is left waiting the whole day for them. Our most recent call left us waiting from the time we called on Monday morning (appointment for Tuesday morning) to Thursday! We were told we would be seen in the morning but it was the afternoon before they came. We had to keep phoning to ask for updates as we never had them call us. Very poor customer service in that respect. They know what they are doing and there were no issues there but they had little respect for our time being wasted. Thankfully our problem was merely an inconvenience rather than truly problematic. I wouldn't give them any points for their time management abilities.
