AWFUL!! bait and switch scam

I called Brava Salon ahead of time to see how much it would cost for facial threading (lower face). The receptionist said "That will be $20" (quoted exactly). Got the service (below nose on down), got to the cash register, they wanted $37!! Almost double!
The manager demanded $37. He called the esthetician over to confirm the service, and she BOLDLY lied, saying she had done from the eyes down. A COMPLETE LIE!! The manager claimed that was a "full face". Very confrontational, unprofessional, bullies.

I called other places in Burnaby/Vancouver, and the average price for a full face was $20, including eyebrows - half the cost of overpriced Brava Salon. If you want awesome threading at a fair price, and most of all, an honest and professional business, try a place like Naaz on East Hastings."
