Very bad costumer service. Delivery is 3 hours late and no one takes responsibilities or apologizes. The birch tree died and they give me 50% off from the other tree. But not any warranty. Also, the tree that died is 15 feet tall and I have to dig it out and dispose on my own expense plus pay for the delivery of the new one. Would never buy from them again.

It's absolutely gigantic so I went in with high expectations. and was a bit disappointed. It had a lot of the same stuff over and over again. Lots of greenery, not a lot of flowers. Very expensive as well, a bit over priced if you ask me.
