This is a TERRIBLE management company. These people will allow elevators to remain broken for days at a time and careless about how it affects tenants. Mice in the building needles and condoms outside .. Do not hire this management company or live in one of their buildings.

Definitely the worst Property Management firm in Edmonton! Bob Paquette (owner) is incompetent and his offspring Dustin and Braden are worse, if that is possible. Stay away from these rentals!

I agree with the previous comment. This company is horrible. They screen their calls and charge for everything. They barely come to the building to inspect repairs. And annual general meetings are ran like a disaster. They do not listen to owners! This company is a joke!
