Beautiful place to sit and linger. Great people watching. Wonderful chocolate pecan cookies: large and deeply flavored.

We stopped in here to grab a quick breakfast before heading out on a bike tour. When you walk in, the amount of pastries and bread is almost overwhelming. It's really beautiful. The walls are lined with canned goods, jams, ready-to-go meals, and drinks. The cases are filled to the brim with every kind of bread and pastry you can imagine. We all know their bread is fantastic, and I enjoy their pastries too. However, tonight I tried a sandwich and a side pasta salad and wasn't impressed. The pasta salad was bland and too oily, and the cheese and spinach sandwich was pretty decent, but mostly because of the delicious croissant and not cause of the filling. Will stick with their pastries and bread, nothing else.
