So sad I will not be able to easily get this when I go back to the US.
First, this place is closed Mondays! They specialize in banette which is like a baguette but have the ends tapered off. It was fresh, soft on inside, and crispy on outside. Went amazingly well with cheese and jam.

We tried the sourdough batard and an almond vanilla croissant. Both were spectacular. The croissant is probably the best filled croissant I have ever had: flavorful pastry and not overly sweet pastry cream, yielding, but not soggy. The bread continues to make excellent toast several days later.

They mostly specialize in different artisan breads but they do have a few other dessert goodies. I forget the names of the treats I ate but boy oh boy were they delicious (see pics)!
