This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Boston Pizza. I had never walked out of a restaurant until today. My husband, one and a half year old and I waited over an hour for our meal. Ordered take out for my hubby and I's anniversary. Hubby ordered a pizza burger with fries and I ordered a pasta dish. We came home, and to our surprise hubby the take out was very disappointing. Hubby only had about 15 fries with his burger in this big take out dish. I had pasta that was highly under seasoned, and just tasted like noodles with very little sauce. Dropped the ball on delivery. Waited 2 hours and they didn't show up.... At 1 hour called and they said they came and we didn't answer our phone..... We live In a condo they could have buzzed ... And we had our phones near us the whole time. Then they said they'd come right back but they didn't.... They were not apologetic and were very rude.
