Taste new menu before offering it to customers

Service was fine... Food was not.
I ordered the Flat Iron Beef Satay. The beef was overcooked and so tough that I could barely get it off the skewer. The meat was super salty, so they compensated by making the sauce super sweet. The meat was on a pile of thin crispy noodles with no flavoring except for the horrible...

I normally dismiss BP as
April 03, 2009I normally dismiss BP as just another family restaurant with so-so food and bad service. However, my latest experience was great. They handled my family, including 3 and 5 year old, fabulously. That's worth an extra star. In addition, their menu does seem to be getting better, although it is also getting pricier.
