Very BAD landlords and very $$$$$ for rent for the place you get

They are the worst place to rent from, stay far away from renting from them , all they care about is the $$$$ and not their renters, it's their policy to evict you if anything goes wrong in your apartment that you can't pay for and fix yourself. They also don't tell you before hand that it is imperative to have tenant insurance. There maintenance sounds good but when it comes down to needing repairs they don't fallow through with their claims on the website or ads around the buildings. They raise rent every 6 months on schedule, as they don't have to stop at a certain amount. They find ways to make it your fault for anything that needs fixing or repairs in your unit so that they don't have to pay for it, you do! It doesn't matter if your a good renter or how long you have lived in a place when something goes wrong your gone as fast as they can get you out as it is their policy. BOARDWALK are liars and incompetent, as no one can seem to help you when you ask for the head person that owns the company and its a run around game they like to play with you and everyone you talk to can't do anything and doesn't know anything. it's like a cat casing it tail to get info or help from the workers because apparently everyones hands are tied, and they can't tell you who can really really assist you in an important mater, no one for boardwalk cares all they want is MONEY $$$$$ not in having happy loyal customers for long periods of time. With BOARDWALK you get no 2nd chance and they don't care about integrity or the golden rule even though that is their main mission statement on the website. It looks good and sounds good but when it comes to living up to that they DO NOT!!!!
