This is the worst taxi service in Ottawa

I am very disappointed with the Blue line service in Ottawa. The service was
UNACCEPTABLE. My family and I planned 4 months in advance a trip to
Vancouver. We were supposed to be at the Airport at 2:30 to 3 pm at the latest
as our plane was taking off at 4pm. We called in advanced in the morning
to be sure we would get the taxi in time. At 2:35 we called to confirm the taxi was on its way. Well, they thought that we needed the taxi at 3 (it usually takes us 30-45
minutes to get to the airport from home). They said they were sending the taxi
immediately. Well, the taxi never arrived and after calling them another 3 to 4 times
and being told that the taxi broke down and that the other taxi was on it's way,
we had enough. Our neighbors very kindly took us to the airport :we never
made it. We lost our flight, have to pay a fare to take the next flight the following
day on Dec 24th (today) and as I'm writing, we have to wait another 12 HOURS to make another connection. As I'm writing this message I'm awaiting for my next flight
In 10 hours.

I have never had an experience like this with any taxi company in my entire life. I never expected something like this to happen.

I forgot: there is nothing more frustrating that being told several times to wait 5
minutes for the taxi and then being told to call again if the taxi doesn't show up.
How many times am I supposed to call?

This is not the way to treat customers.
