Restaurants don’t often get second chances. But sometimes a little luck, and the power of a strong review, can help save a restaurant doomed for failure. For Blink, they started off as a “Supper Club”. This restaurant/club combination was extremely trendy a few years ago, but never really took off here in Calgary....

Excellent Food & Cocktails
August 02, 2014Delicious food; we had the scallop tartare, warm tomato tart, salmon, halibut, and cherry tart. The dessert was our least favourite part of our meal. It was ok, but would have been better with sour cherries; however, the ice cream was very good. Our appetizers and main dishes were excellent. not worth it
July 09, 2014We just walked in after reading the reviews online, but the food was really not good, and the prices were quite high. The decor and the open kitchen looked inviting but nothing about the food suggests that it belongs in such a nice place!

Almost very good
July 01, 2014A comfortable space with attentive and professional staff. It feels like the kitchen is too comfortable with what they are doing. Dishes were served with stereotypical finnesse but lacked passion. blink has a great foundation to provide a qualitty feed but should be careful about assumptions and competition.
