Is this place under new management? It used to be really well-run and clean, but now it appears run-down and today's experience left much to be desired regarding service. I ordered a Mochachillo and a cinnamon bun. Waited 10 minutes for the drink and over 15 minutes for the cinnamon bun, which I had to ask for two more times before receiving it. There was a bit of a language barrier which made it difficult for me to order my drink to my dietary specifications. I ordered the Royal latte, however, I am not confident that they used sugar free instead of regular syrup, therefore, had to track my calories in accordance with. Ordering a drink shouldn't be this frustrating.
