No Christmas this year

I ordered two large canvases within the timeframe in which delivery is guaranteed before Christmas (on or before Dec 23) however they did not show up (apparently Black's Photography corporate's fault). However, this particular store misinformed me over the phone that the canvases arrived which wasted my time coming in on the 23rd. They assured me it would be in on the 24th. On the 24th, they tell me Black's corporate had made a mistake without an ounce of compassion after I told them these were key gifts for my wife and mother. The attitude was "too bad, so sad buddy" with the offer that I can pick them up Tuesday with one free and "you have to pay for the other one". After I pointed out his treatment of me as the customer, he claimed he apologized earlier (which he did not) but then maintained his "too bad, so sad" attitude. He will however follow up with Black's corporate on Tuesday to see if he can do more for me. Summary: poor system that the customer cannot fully trust and poor attitude from the manager.
