There is a lot to like about this place. It has great outdoor seating options. The food here is excellent, even in the vegetarian section. The service is very friendly. But, mainly it is the atmosphere that is fantastic.
This converted 19th-century brick house draws crowds to its fenced-in sidewalk terrace, a covered terrace in back with a courtyard fountain, and a small main dining room centered around an impressive mahogany bar. My wife had gone for dinner with a few friends last month. She found the food delightful. The menu was varied and enticing and the food was definitely worth the visit. However, they all found the service deplorable: slow with little concern for the customer. I went yesterday for lunch expecting good food but poor service. I was pleasantly surprised... more
We stopped in for lunch and sat on the patio (this place is away from the core of the market and quieter which we liked). Both the service and food were good and the presentation of the dishes was well done. We had the mussels in white wine sauce with fresh bread on the side which was tasty, the crabcakes... more
we stopped in here by chance and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant has a patio both in the front and the back. The food was really good, the service was great and the sangria the best that we had on our trip. It is worth stopping in when you are tired, hungry and thirsty.
