A for effort. PICA is adjunct to a culinary school and offers the hook of catching the next Rob Feenies on their way up-your food is prepared and served by the institute's students. I walked by this place and noticed they have a cafe that sells baked treats. The scones and croissants are absolutely wonderful. My favorite would have to be the onion croissants. Pricing was fairly cheap, $5.5 for three items, given the quality of the bread. I will definitely be returning here again!

Came here for a networking event which turned into a team iron chef event. I don't think I've ever had more fun interacting with others as this! We had about 50 people networking and having drinks and appies and then got split into teams of ten to create our own appetizers and entrees using a secret ingredient. Their soup and a sandwich lunch combo is a great deal, and I enjoyed the choice which was a bit more varied than other coffee shops. I would advise getting there early if you are looking for lunch in the coffee shop part as things tend to sell out quick.
