Discovered an almost flat tire while I was at another business in the area. They recommended Big O. I limped over and although they were very busy, I only had to wait about 10 minutes and my car was attended to. The cause of the puncture was determined (small nail), tire patched and $25 later I was on my way. Very courteous, very fast.

Came here with a flat tire. One plus is that they were well stocked and had the special tires we needed while everyone else around didn't.
We originally were aiming for replacing just the one tire (front) but the one on the other side was worn so we agreed to replace them both. That was fine and it didn't take too long to get the new tires on and going. The manager/supervisor who we talked to...
