I will never deal with or recommend this business
I would steer clear of this store ...I am sure if everything go's to plan they are ok to deal with . I had
issues with my purchase and the owner handled things very badly and very defensively. I was left feeling personally insulted, ripped off and the owner never thought once to look at the issue from my perspective at all. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service - In April 2012 I did receive a lawyers letter threatening legal action because of my reviews ( apparantly I am not allowed to express my opinion? ) - from the owner and responded to her lawyer with all the facts and emails in full - needless to say I have not heard from the owner or her lawyer since. I wish her well and hope she has learned something positive from this bad experience.

Again as stated you are harassing me, you have never been in my store, you have never purchased anything, you have never returned anything. You infact won a gift card to my store at a fundraiser, due to your oversight the gift card expired in March 2011 and you called Dec. 2011 and the card since it had not been used had been redonated to SIDS fundraiser which you said was not good enough for you. As I was in the process of fixing the issue with the event coordinator you then emailed and threatened me with slander etc which I have no problem posting. I am sorry I do not tolerate your behaviour Sara and your posts are getting old. I am no longer donating to smaller charities as this is some of the ridiculous behaviours we have to endure when people make mistakes, you can thank this trusted women! Sadly it is now April 2012 and I had to endure this women's constant harassment and poor behaviour that I had to serve her for slander. All because she made a simple mistake by not looking at her gift card that she won from an event that had nothing to do with my business and then threatened to slander me which she did! I have asked her to remove her post since she is stating incorrect information but continues to ignore me.
