Above average but not stellar

So Beverley Place was our first stop on our tri-legged (Toronto-Montreal-Quebec) tour. Our other two BnBs were so astoundingly great that this place just pales in comparison. Hence it lost a star :)
We were travelling with a 15 month old and my review is obviously a reflection of that.
