Poor service

Took my two Samsung monitors into the shop (both exhibiting the same screen flicker symptom) which I had researched and found that there was a known issue with bulging capacitors on the board. Not owning a soldering iron and working on mainboards everyday, I wanted someone with experience to do the work.
I pointed out what my research had uncovered when droppng off the monitors and I was dismissed with a "there's a lot of misinformation on the internet" - it's usually never capacitors - these new monitors never have them.
When I called to inquire about the diagnosis a week later, I was told there were no capacitors in the system, just a mainboard that would have to be replaced at $150 USD and would 4-6 MONTHS! I clarified that length of time as it shocked me.
I told them to pack the monitors up and I would take them figure out something else.
The staff reiterated that there were no capacitors in the monitor and that the mainboard would have to be replaced when I picked up the unit and even though there 2 monitors with the EXACT same symptom and the EXACT diagnosis - they still charged me for both.
WHen I got home, I figured i have nothing to lose with these at this point so I opened them up and low and behold - 13 capacitors on the mainboard and the large one under the protective cap is bulging.
I would not recommend these con artists to anyone - they are argumentative, refusing to even consider the Samsung link I offered referencing the issue and clearly completely untrained.

I wouldn't take anything more complex than a toaster to this place.
