Worst experience ever

"I'm not in the mood to do your nails today" is what I got for coming to the appointment. I bought a coupon to do manicure & pedicure. I called in a couple of times but they are always booked out. Surprisingly, I was able to find a time yesterday. When I was booking the appointment they did ask me for the voucher number. I told them that I did not have at the time. Then they said "Ok, just give me your cell phone number".
When I came in they said that my appointment got cancelled because on the second day I was suppose to call them and confirm the appointment as well as give them the voucher number. This would be a legitimate reason if they have mentioned it earlier. When I told them I was never instructed to do so, they just did not care. They said that I was supposed to know to do so since I did nails with them before.
I would understand if they were all booked out and they simply could not accommodate me on this day, but they said that they can do it, but not with the coupon, I would need to pay the full $60. As I requested to just do the service and use the coupon, the girl simply stated that she is not in the mood to do nails today for me.

Apart from the HORRIBLE service, they overcharge. For everything you need to pay extra. If you think that the voucher that you get online will cover for your nails, you might be surprised how many extra charges that they may come up with. Sometimes I came out with extra $50+ on top of what you pay for the voucher.

Quality is not good either. The manager does not bad nails, but others are not so well trained. I got a UV cover which was wearing off on the edges of the nails after only a couple of days. It did not look good!

All in all, bad service, bad quality, there are so many other places. Any average place in Calgary will do better and cheaper than them
