Worst hair experience of my life
They should call this place, "Worst Nails Salon & Spa".
I went here based on the two reviews on Yelp. Overall, not a nice or clean place but whatever; if they can cut and color... who cares??
The stylist was nice but I'm certain she had no idea what she was doing. I left with a damp, frizzy mane and HOT ROOTS. Her "cut" consisted of her snipping a few of my ends and when I asked her to texturize my hair, she snipped a few of my ends with the texturizing scissors.
In addition,I'm pretty sure the price list is on a case by case basis. Perhaps I look like I have a little money because the charged me nearly $200 for a cut and color.
WHAT!?! 200 bones?? It's certainly no MUD, Rain, Propaganda, or Pink Lime! When I confronted them at the counter the stylist said it's the same amount of work they do at nice salons so I should be charged the same.
What a joke. Needless to say, lesson learned. You get what you pay for. Too bad this had to be an expensive lesson. Particularly because I will have to pay someone else to fix their catastrophic screw up.
Best Nails Salon is the best at being the worst.

If I could rate this 0/5 stars I would, since I can't 1 is the next lowest rating.The owner and her sister ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!!! I was there getting my hair and nails done for a good friends wedding. I noticed that the service I received was so so... They kept pressuring me to receive additional services. The hair dresser there also commented on my make up, she said what I had done was "ok" and that I should let her do my make up because it would be better. I thought that was rude, but I brushed it off. She later told me that the most attractive thing about me was my hair and nothing else... Now that was pretty rude too, I figured because they were asian and maybe didn't speak english too well it may have been a miscommunication on meaning. I had brought with me 2 clips to use for the wedding that had alot of meaning to me since, they were given to me by my late grandma. When I returned to get my clips, I found out that one was missing. The owner without apology started getting angry at me saying that it wasn' t her fault that it was lost. What kind of business is this when clips are stolen? Not to mention the owner spazzing out and swearing at me in front of everyone in the store! All I wanted was an apology for the missing clips, and I received foul language and the owner calling my clips cheap!!!! That really hurt because A - the clips were definitely not cheap - real crystals, ($70 each) B - they had alot of meaning to me... The fact that the owner knew this and called them cheap was not only rude but disrespectful and hurtful. I AM NEVER STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN! I do not recommend them to ANYONE, RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! If you decide to go there, watch your stuff because they obviously steal!
