All of my money went to Beauty Works, and nothing to show for it!!!

The staff is very friendly here, I really enjoy them, however it is very expensive. I signed on for laser hair removal of my underarms as I was promised amazing results. After close to one thousand dollars (on sale!) and a year of treatments, there is little difference and I am having to do the entire thing by electrolysis (which DOES work very well actually) but Beauty Works seems not to have any kind of satisfaction guarantee. They even told me that if they felt like the treatments were not working, they would stop them, and every time I went in for another one I told them I wasn't getting the results I had expected. I'm sure it's noted in my file. But they just told me to wait and keep coming back. Also, they set me up with a very expensive Yonka skincare regime, which made my skin break out. When I went back in for a refund, they told me that is how it is suppsed to work. It has to get worse before it gets better. I was stuck with literally hundreds of dollars of product that ended up in the garbage, and am so happy with the product that I am now using from The Body Shop, at a fraction of the price. Like I said, lovely people, but they sure don't cut you a break with anything!! I need to start pricing around for the remainder of my electrolysis treatments.
