In a city with more coffee shops than days of sunshine, Bean Town is one of my favourite coffee houses in Vancouver. It was a weekend staple when I used to live in the neighbourhood.

I love the ambience, the neighbourhood, friendly staff and above all the coffee. Their dark roast coffee is my go to drink of choice.

Bean Town is a quiet little coffee house. It is cozy, warm and welcoming. Judging by its massive community bulletin board and the amount of regulars that walked in this afternoon, it is as local as Dunbar could get.

I like the interior here. Everything is carved out of wood - except the few machineries of course. The staff are really friendly and hard at work to keep the shop clean and tidy.... more
