Sad Shadow of its Former Self
If you want a testament to what Sam Walton and his ilk have done, come see the Bay while you still can. Even at what should be prime shopping times it's hauntingly devoid of customers. Its products are really quite good in range and not bad in price but on the rare times I visit, I can only feel sad remembering the Hudson's Bay stores (and the Eaton's) of not so long ago. Thanks Sam.
Great store makeover
The store management has done a great job sprucing up the look of the store. I really like the emails that you can get if signed up. Great deals on this. Always friendly and helpful staff.
Lost interest
This store looks empty at the best of times. It always appears to be going out of business. You can never find a sales clerk ever....its like you are in the store by yourself! Fill your shelves people...might make people start shopping there again!

Bay Pharmacy-Best in town!
Great pharmacist(Suzanna) and sales people. Very informative and excellent natural healing centre. Good homeopathic products.
