I am totally disgusted the way I have been treated by The Bay, ( Burlington Mall ), in Burlington Ontario Canada. If you are considering doing business with The Bay furniture, be sure to ask them to explain in detail the HOOPS you have to jump through to get Guardsman Insurance to look after a claim when you have spent $3000.00 on a couch.
