THe salesperson came in, measured and wrote an estimate. The tub was done when they said and the installer knew exactly what he was doing. The work was done exactly the way we were told it would be done. Everything was left clean .

these guys did an excellent job in my moms place. The job was done to perfection .The only thing was that they are very costly. It is really hard for seniors. Hopefully they come down on their price.

I reno'd my bathroom with Bath fitter unfortunately within 2 years there was a crack in the rear wall. It was fixed via warranty with a larger shelf. Then this year 2011 there is a crack around the drain. The warranty call was efficient. The repair "expert" told me that the bathtub would need to be replaced. "Did I have my copy of the receipt" I did but would have to look for it. The fax number... more
