Great bar in Old Quebec.
Small but comfortable.
Great and friendly staff.
Drinks are always great (and cheap!)
Been here many times and always had a great time!

Small, totally genuine bar. Reasonable prices. Friendly bartender. Good music. As far as authentic Quebec City pubs go, Bar Ste-Angele is as good as it gets. This is what a bar should be.

I don't remember leaving this bar, but if the pictures on my phone are any indication I had a rockin' good time. This is a great little bar. They have plenty of local beers at very fair prices, and the bartender treated us great even after I'm sure I was annoyingly drunk. Bar Ste-Angele is a nice alternative to the pricier, more touristy bars on rue St Jean. One helpful hint - if you order Fin... more
