Horrible customer service!

8 days to do 14 hours work and the job still wasn't done, I had to tow my vehicle out of there but not before having to pay a sixteen hundred dollar bill,I still dont know what I was charged for, zero comunication skills, very hostel and rude through the entire experiance, I would never return to this mechanic under any circumstance. In my opinion it may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
