La crème de la crème!
Tout y est! Le paysage, les installations, la qualité des massages.
Un lac au bas du terrain avec un quai et des gros coussins flottants pour relaxer en se faisant bercer par l'eau. Plusieurs lits extérieurs, foyer, plusieurs saunas, bain d'eau froide, accès au lac bien évidemment et c'est tout aussi bien à l'intérieur avec les différents espaces de détente.
Mon mari et moi aimons beaucoup cet endroit.
Ahhh! J'ai hâte à notre prochaine visite.
Ah de plus, le bistro offre maintenant un beau menu qui inclu une sélection de plat végétaliens crus. Miam!

Balnea was highly recommended by a fellow spa-goer.
I haven't tried many Montreal spas (just Scandinave Tremblant, Scandinave Old Port, and Bota Bota).
I'm Eastern European, so I'm used to all kinds of spa treatments outside of Montreal. I've been to Finland, so I've tried their real Finnish spa. This was followed by Japanese onsen in Takayama and Kyoto, Turkish baths in Antalya, and some...

One of the best winter spa experiences in my life. Hands down.
Just look at the pictures on the site. it's amazing how close this place is to Montreal.
I went with three friends (two couples), it was lightly snowing the whole time and we stayed past 9:30 PM (at least).
The views of the snow-covered lake from the outdoor spas through the rising steam were unreal.
The food and fresh fruit...

Après unbon jogging , on fait un ... sauna . Dans un sauna infra rouge la température descend de 100° à 45° , donc on peut y rester 20mn au lieu de 10mn . On perd 1000 camories en 3H . C'est pareille pour le spa . En plus ils sont design pour ceux qui aiment les belles choses . saunasbaignoires.jimdo.com Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Une expérience suréaliste... Un site, une architecture, un service et des soins à couper le souffle. On adore qu'il n'y ait pas trop de Monsieurs et Madames Tout le Monde. Du beau monde, des beaux sourires, un service très class, de la musique à la Café del Mar, un massage à 4 mains qui nous transporte dans un autre univers. WOW!
