Terrible Management
Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything to do with management. Have gone 3 weeks without Air Conditioning in Heat Wave. Pool opened 2 months late with no patio furniture. Heating is inadequate in winter. Construction noise never stops. Security is not good. Laundry room is only open from 8 til 9:30 - clothes are stolen - no security cameras. Rent increases way over standard are becoming common. Management is rude when you voice concerns and you always get the feeling they are trying to pull a fast one over you. Buildings across the street are WAY better managed.
Great location, nasty construction site, unfriendly property manager
Pros:
- location
- park in front
- TTC nearby
- friendly neighbours
Cons:
- massive construction zone
- noisy from 8:00am to 6:00pm
- heating is inadequate
- air conditioning is inadequate
- pool never opens on time
- building management is a royal pain to deal with
- not building's fault, but TTC construction nearby too
For the rental price of this place, I'm sure I can get something better. I love the place but I'm already searching for a new apartment.
