This charming shop specializes in antique toys, model ships and boats, folk art, and unusual 19th- and early-20th-century furniture.
Huge selection of items that must be a decorators dream. Took my mom since she loves antiques. This isn't the price range we are looking for but she found a FireKing green glass bowl for only $20 and she had to have it. The owners were helpful and nice. If we're ever in Vancouver again, we'll have to stop by.
I really want to give this place 5 stars, because I love what they carry, the store reminds me of the fantastic Pikes Market Antique store in Seattle (which I love). My only qualm is that they are ridiculously over priced. In fact every time I come in here, I see the same things. Do they sell anything? The place was how anybody would expect an antique shop would be, slightly weird smelling but full of old stuff.
Upon looking around I had a mix of reactions that ranged from "Damn, that costs too much" and "Holy MOLY that is cheap". So I guess it's a mixed bag if there's a specific thing you are looking for.
Will come back here again.
