I have the same experience. I stright my hair there. My hair was burned. Although before procedure they asure me that the product that they use is the safest in the market and if I was not happy they going to return my money, after procedure they totaly deny it. Never trust them.

Bahar Salon & Spa is awful. The owner is the most dihonest person I have ever seen. Whatever they say is a lie. Never believe or trust them. They burn my hair while coloring it . The quility of the products that they use are very low and they charge you a lot. They are horrible.
