I went to get my eyelashes permed ($28) a few months ago and waited until it had grown out to give a full review of the experience. Unashamedly no-frill, almost the total opposite of "spa" experience. It's inside the Pacific Mall, a little cube space surrounded by glass walls and doors and no roof, you will hear everything around you from the type of music (and not a good type) played by the next-door clothing store to upstairs... more
