Rude impolite service from head office staff
I went to delvier a letter by hand as I wanted a receipt of delivery. On arrival the office was shut for lunch, the prime time when any full time working person would need to speak to them. I had been told dfifferent times when I phoned to check as well. Anyway a lady opened the door and point to the sign hour sign, I said that I wanted to hand in a get a receipt for this letter. Her response"its not my job". Brilliant!!! After explaining that all I wanted was a post it note saying a date and that it had entered the office but the 'receptionist was at lunch' and 'it's not my job' The first helpful lady left and returned a different lady. Upon opening the door said 'YES" and that was it. I explained myself for the third time she closed the door a minute later came back with a photocopy of the envelope with a pencil scribble on it. I was shocked at the lack of service this company has to its tenants and as a landlord myself there is no way in the world I would get these incompetent people to manage my properties!! Rude and impolite is a huge understatement. Links back to shareholder profit before service and lack of man management at every level.
Poor Management Quality
The discrimination towards it staff and complete lack of employer standards shows the true colors of their abilities to manage even the simplest of properties. The accounting is less then adequate and shows the lack of formal education of the higher staff members. Would recommend going with a larger management company it will pay off in the long run.
