Worst customer service ever. The guy who helped me was the most rude person I have ever met and refused to let me rent a car on a certain card, manager walked out and said not a problem and did it. Tried to charge fees upon fees which we had to call in and argue for hours with. Such a waste of time. Definitely recommend going with enterprise or hertz.

Worst service ever. The line was about 10 people deep with one person on the counter taking 20 minutes to check someone in. The worst part is everyone was here with a reservation so they knew this would happen!

Decent little place AND they dont' charge an addition fee for driving to the states. Heck, I was informed that I could drive ANYWHERE in North America with one of their cars and it's cool with them. That's VERY nice to know, esp since all other rental agencies only let you drive to bordering states and provinces.
Also, their cars tend to be on the cleaner side and have relatively lower mileage... more
