Good Service
Mr.Bill Chien came with his Toyota Corolla to our shop. His door glass was broken. He was given price to install Toyota door glass, for $225.00 plus tax. He did not ask us for new door glass, cost of new door glass installed would be $348.45; He was given a business card with $225.00 plus tax written on it, for the repairs. Customer was dropped off at skytrain station, customer was picked up from skytrain station. Customer checked his door glass and came into the office, and paid the bill by his credit card. There were no complaints at the time of his vehicle pickup. If he wants to have new door glass installed instead of used one, we would gladly return the used glass and for price $348.45 we would install new glass. There was NO miscommunication at the time when the customer chose to have the used door glass installed. My number is 604-327-2400, my name is Paul. Please feel free to call me.

If you're thinking of having your car repaired at [URL="www.24hrcollision.com/contact.html"]2... at ST.GEORGE STREET and Marine Dr. Vancouver, please make sure that you don't take seriously what he promises orally.
A few weeks ago, I had my car window glass replaced there. I still remember clearly that I was told during the phone call that the glass would be brand new. So I happily dropped off my car at his store and asked for an order form or something written before I left. Then he said you don’t need it. I trusted him (1st mistake) and left without any service order form (2nd mistake).
One week after I picked up my car, I found 4 horizontal scratches on the inner side of the glass. I called him and he told me to drive the car to his store. After that, I have called him several times to make meeting arrangements and he never mentioned that the glass was a used one. I finally managed to make him show up to see the scratches on the glass. He said there was nothing he could do about it because it’s a used glass!
“Ok. Then please write on the receipt that the replaced glass was a used one.” I said.
“No.” he replied without any thinking!
So you can see how ready he has been! This is definitely not something that happens accidentally.
I just want to share this unpleasant experience with you, hoping that this won’t happen to anyone else again.

I would absolutely recommend this shop for car repairs! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I first called until I picked up my car. They went above and beyond my expectations and my car looks amazing! Thank you so much!!!
