To anyone who read my review before.......
The company has resolved to remunerate my money for the mixup. I now see no reason for a bad review. This is a great place for an A+ styling. 5 stars.

BEWARE of buying products from ARTISANS HAIR room in Mic Mac Mall. I bought a Panther Shears ProCurl for Christmas for my daughter and her hair got jammed in it and (the same thing happened to one of their own stylists who bought one for her sister). I read the warranty on the product said SIMPLY return to place of purchase with your receipt for a refund which I did twice actually and twice... more
