Owner has BAD temper
Terrible. Avoid this business. Neil Edwardson has a vicious temper. He is inflexible, overpriced, and got obscenely abusive with my wife and I when we simply inquired about other print options than the single style he offers. We stayed calm and merely asked questions, whereas he decided he was the victim, kicked his counter and used vulgar language. Meanwhile, his photographs displayed barely average artistic ability and a mindset stuck in the 1980s.
