Landscape business owners should know that you can't send your crew to rent equipment unless they are willing to use their own personal credit card. You also cannot pay for rental or equipment by credit card over the phone. Very limiting if you run a few crews to have to personally visit the store to arrange rentals or purchases. I won't be renting or buying from them again.
