This location has also closed, but unlike the store, our problems don''t go away. We bought 8 custom made blinds for 2 bay windows a few years ago. (Hunter Douglas brand). Every year they have to have new strings installed because they cease to go up and down. These blinds are only used a few times a year, only in the summer and only when it is very hot.
