Horrible Company, Don't touch even with a 10 ft pole

Very bad company to deal with. Ordered a product, couldn't track order on their site (that has the link to check your order). Tried to find their contact number through the site but its not there. Then found their number from paypal but its disconnected. Emailed them umpteen times (over 6 weeks) but neither the product nor a reply came. On the last day of (paypal has a 45 day limit if you want to dispute) my dispute claim, I finally opened a dispute and after a coupld of weeks, got my money back via paypal. However, they still failed to respond (even via paypal) and are still spamming my email despite of unsubscribing.
Stay away from them as far as you can.

Terrible - Do NOT Buy

I bought ear pods through a Living Social Deal. When I asked about why I hadn't received the product after 3 weeks, I was told that they would only starting processing the orders at the END of the deal, not when I paid for the product! April 9th was the end of the deal and I still do not have it, and if I check on the website, there is no tracking information a full month after I paid. When I clicked on the "Contact Us" button, nothing happens. I only found contact information by searching around the website. It makes me wonder what kind of business does this and moreover, what kind of products do they sell....

Worst Website, I request don't trust this junk products

Dear Canadians/Immigrants - I am a new PR in Toronto, after I moved to Canada got a job thought of buying a nice head set to kill the traffic in my street car. I brought in a website (I guess dealticker), I got a set of head phones after 5 weeks to my address. As soon as I looked at it, I told my self it's not apple head phones and it's not even normal headphones. I connected to my sony ericsson phone, one ear phone doesn't play sound and a big noise. I connected to laptop, it's not working.

It's not a matter about 10$, I wasted 2 weeks time and I sent nearly 10 emails to them to communicate. It's matter abt the trust and wait. I called to dealticker people, they said they can't help it and they forwarded to my email to appledepot, I guess his name is David or something. He is saying I have to send the headset to them by post that they will repair it or they will replace with a different one. They asked me to do a FedEx or registered post, I said that will cost double of the amount of the headset. I didn't used it and thought of throwing it, finally I decided to send them back. I requested that guy for the address of apple depot. By that time that guy said, 30 days is over they can't take product back and they can't replace with anything.

I had a good impression when I was in USA, that all developed countries will provide good customer service. I was totally disappointed then, I never brought any item in dealticker/dealfind etc...

Apple original headset is 20$, why should I spend 10$ for junk products in this website.

I request all you people, you wil get zero customer support and messy products from them.

If you don't trust my word, buy something then you will come to know the truth...

Have a nice day folks...

Thanks,

Good Resolution

Ordered a couple of well-priced iPhone wall chargers and had a problem with one of them that was resolved without issue by David. Nice to deal with someone directly rather than through a big customer service apparatus.

I read some of the reviews. Unknown if the company is legitimate. The website could represent a scam. You pay your money first, then they ship nothing. The company may be the exception in Canada, just commiting fraud with new customers.

I give them NO STARS as I too never received the items purchased. Didn't even get a credit. I too heard from them saying a replacement was on the way but never received it. I actually received one item which was broken and never received the replacement. I also bought some items from Deal Ticker (are they the same) and am having the same problem. Been meaning to contact BBB but maybe I will... more

People please contact the Better Business Bureau of Central Ontario to file your complaints against this company. I was filing a complaint with the BBB in the US and after typing in their business name I found out that they are located in Thornhill, Ontario. I have just filed my complaint with The BBB of Central Ontario and hopefully we can help put a stop to their deceitfulness. I ordered an... more
