i called the abbotsford location to ask about auto tinting and was asked did i want the whole car done? since tinted front windows are illegal in BC i asked why he'd even ask me this... i was told "it's not illegal to put it on but it's illegal to drive with it". Windshield Replacement

I took my car in to have the windshield replaced. ICBC deductible was collected there and all the paperwork was completed there as well. The process was smooth and the Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The service was only an hour but the Receptionsist overed a curtious drop off and pick up. In mid Aug, 2009 I took my vehicle in to have the window re-tinted.

Before bringing in to this shop:
I given a set appointment cost of job and pick up time ... Left vehicle there; This place knew I was leaving on holidays that same day.
Day I brought in truck:
The front desk person was not to friendly and nor did anyone really seem to have a clue what, or who, or why I was there!!!!!
