Not so impressed

I got a gift certificate for this Spa for my birthday, so I went for a massage. Let me just say that after getting my massage at other good Spas this one was not so impressive... it did not WOW me in any way ... There was no welcoming and kind customer service, nor there were any flip flops or robes...or foot wash...It was more like "get in , undress, lie down and get your massage" The massage... more

Not Ideal

Terrible service. I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance and they didn't have me booked in when i showed up so I was forced to go elsewhere. The manager was not helpful or accommodating and quite frankly, kind of rude. I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment but I had to wait another 15 minutes. Either they double booked or they took someone in when I didn't arrive on time. NO communication from the reception ladies, who could have been more professional, in my opinion. I had asked for the aromatherapy massage, which was confirmed the day before during the reminder call. Did not get any aromatherapy... more
