Poor hygiene at Amerispa Omni

This place gives the illusion of an upscale spa, but it's all smoke and mirrors. My spouse and I went and treated ourselves to pedicures months ago, and we STILL have the ingrown toenails to prove it. Awful pedicurist (same one for both of us) who whipped out her pedi kit from a pocket, which always makes me question hygiene.

She ignored my request for a clear polish, and finished the pedi with a USED orange stick!! I found this especially neglectful as I had just told her I had a new baby and was breastfeeding, so was concerned about sterile tools. Toes started hurting the next day, and have given me trouble since.

-Horrified, still hurting, and wishing we could sue as effectively here as they can in the USA.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM THIS HEALTH HAZARD!!!
